Which phones does Memini work on?
iPhone, in English and Danish. An Android version is planned but not ready yet.
How do I sign in?
With Sign in with Apple, with your Google account, or with a one-time code sent to your email address. After that, the app unlocks with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
Who can see what I log?
Only you. Your entries are stored on servers in the EU, nobody at Memini reads them, and they are never used for advertising. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I set up daily reminders?
Open the Profile tab and go to Daily reminders. Add a reminder for each time of day you want a nudge. Your phone asks for permission to send notifications the first time.
What is medicine research, and is it on?
It's off unless you turn it on. If you do, Memini may use what you log to learn how medicines affect symptoms. You can switch it on or off any time in the Profile tab.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. This erases your account and every entry straight away, and it can't be undone. You can also write to us and we'll do it for you.
